& Machining Service
This is an ENGINE TOP END REBUILD KIT AND MACHINING SERVICE for all year models of your 1987-2004 Yamaha 350X Warrior, 1987-1995 YFM350ER Moto 4, 1995-2000 YFM350FX Wolverine, 1987-1999 YFM350FW Big Bear 4x4 and 1996-99 YFM350U Big Bear 2wd four-wheelers.
PLEASE NOTE: You will be required to mail in your old cylinder prior to us shipping out the kit. This is a machining service of your cylinder!
Here's what's included with this kit:

You place your order for the service, and we will email the shipping address and instrucitons.

You mail in your cylinder to us, and we'll bore and hone it to the next oversize (the normal turnaround time is 7 business days from the time we receive your cylinder).

We'll include a matched oversized piston and ring kit including piston pin and circlips.

We'll include a top end gasket kit.

We'll include instructions for proper break-in procedures for your new top end rebuild.

This kit will come ready to bolt on for a quick and easy top end rebuild.
*WE OFFER A BEAD BLASTING SERVICE FOR AN ADDITIONAL $20.00 FEE. WE ALSO OFFER A GASKET REMOVAL SERVICE FOR AN ADDITIONAL $15.00 FEE.*

The cylinder is precisely matched with an oversized piston kit that includes the correct oversized piston, piston rings, piston pin and circlips. Simply mail us your old cylinder with payment, and we can get you up and running again. We also offer repair manuals for as well. These will walk you through every step of the disassembly and rebuild and also include tolerances, torque specs etc, so be sure to check it out.
