These shoes are water grooved.  Water grooved brake shoes are slotted to better help channel water and dirt away from the braking surface. 

Our brake shoes sets include the brake springs. With repetitive use over time, brake springs will stretch and weaken. It is always recommended to change your brake springs when you change your brake shoes.
