This is a Hi-Caliber Powersports Parts NEW CYLINDER HEAD INCLUDING VALVE (ROCKER) COVER for all year models of your 1999-2008 Honda TRX 400EX SporTrax four-wheel ATVs.  This head comes as pictured with new guides and seats installed and is a direct OEM replacement.  If your old cylinder head has burnt or scored cam saddles, then this is what you need.  If you've broken a valve and damaged or cracked your guides or seat as well, this is an excellent option for you.
