This is an ENGINE TOP END REBUILD KIT and MACHINING SERVICE for all year models of your 2007-2013 Honda 420 Rancher four-wheeler.    

 

 

Here's what's included with this kit and machining service:

 

• PLEASE NOTE: you will be required to mail in your old cylinder to us---this is a remanufacturing service of your cylinder!
• You mail in your cylinder to us, and we'll machine it and send it back to you in the kit.
• We'll bore and hone your cylinder to the next oversize.
• We'll include a matched oversized piston and ring kit which includes piston pin and circlips.
• We'll include a top end gasket kit. 
• We'll include instructions for proper break-in procedures for your new top end rebuild.
• This kit will come ready to bolt on for a quick and easy top end rebuild.

The cylinder is precisely matched with an oversized piston kit that includes the correct oversized piston, piston rings, piston pin and circlips. Simply mail us your old cylinder, and we'll get it machined asap and get you up and running again. We also offer repair manuals as well. These will walk you through every step of the disassembly and rebuild and also include tolerances, torque specs etc, so be sure to check it out in our selection.
