This is an ENGINE TOP END REBUILD KIT and MACHINING SERVICE for the 1990-1997 Honda TRX 200D and for the 1984 TRX 200 Type II Fourtrax four-wheelers.

 

PLEASE NOTE: This is a remanufacturing service of the cylinder that you're mailing in for us to machine. This kit DOES NOT INCLUDE A CYLINDER. Your cylinder must be a good cylinder with enough room in the sleeve to machine to the next oversize. If the sleeve in your cylinder is already bored to the max size or is damaged, cracked, etc, we offer a re-sleeving service for an additional fee. Please contact us to discuss details. You will be required to remove the gasket material from the bottom of the cylinder prior to mailing it in. If you want us to remove your gasket from the cylinder, you will need to pay an additional $15.00 gasket removal fee. We also offer a bead blasting service of your cylinder for an additional $20.00 fee, if interested.

The cylinder is precisely matched with an oversized piston kit that includes the correct oversized piston, piston rings, piston pin and circlips. Simply mail us your old cylinder, and we'll get it machined asap and get you up and running again. We also offer repair manuals for $26.95 as well. These will walk you through every step of the disassembly and rebuild and also include tolerances, torque specs etc.
