85-86 Honda ATC 250R Top End Engine Rebuild Kit & Machining Service
This is an ENGINE TOP END REBUILD KIT MACHINING SERVICE for your 1985 and 1986 Honda Atc 250R three-wheeler.

PLEASE NOTE:This is a remanufacturing service of the cylinder that you're mailing in for us to machine. The cylinder in the photo is a representation of what your cylinder will look like after we remanufacture it. You will be required to mail in your old cylinder.
Here's what's included with this service:

On all 2-stroke cylinders, we'll chamfer all the ports.

We'll include a matched oversized piston and ring kit including piston pin and circlips.

We'll include a top end gasket kit.

We'll include instructions for proper break-in procedures for your new top end rebuild.

This kit will come ready to bolt on for a quick and easy top end rebuild.
PLEASE NOTE: This service includes up to a 4th oversized piston(1mm oversize). If your cylinder requires going larger than 4th oversize there will be an additional $22 charge for the larger piston.
*WE OFFER A BEAD BLASTING SERVICE FOR AN ADDITIONAL $25.00 FEE. ALSO, IF YOU DO NOT REMOVE YOUR GASKET MATERIAL, THERE IS A $25.00 FEE.* IF WE HAVE TO

Simply mail us your old cylinder and we can get you up and running again.
