PLEASE NOTE: This is a remanufacturing service of the cylinder that you're mailing in for us to machine. The cylinder in the photo is a representation of what your cylinder will look like after we remanufacture it.
You will be required to mail in your old cylinder. All cylinders must be no larger than 2nd oversize(.020/.50mm) for this kit price. If your cylinder has already been bored larger than this or needs to go larger than 4th oversize, there will be an additional fee to have us install a new sleeve in your cylinder. If you don't have a good cylinder to mail in, we do try to keep cylinders available for purchase for an additional $75 (if needing one of our cores please contact us at that time for core availability).
Here's what's included with this service:
All cylinders are ultrasonically cleaned, bead blasted and precision bored and honed.
On all 2-stroke cylinders, we'll chamfer all the ports.
We'll include a matched oversized piston and ring kit including piston pin and circlips.
We'll also include a top end gasket kit, cam chain tensioner and guide, valves set and cam sprocket.
We'll include instructions for proper break-in procedures for your new top end rebuild.
This kit will come ready to bolt on for a quick and easy top end rebuild.
Let's face it. All machine work is not equal. When it comes to machining, you get what you pay for. We invest the time in every cylinder that we sell to provide only the highest quality workmanship to very strict tolerances making our machine work second to none. We have shops all around the world that rely on us every day to provide them with the quality machining they've come to expect over the years. The machining you receive will be to the same quality standards. The cylinder is precisely matched with an oversized piston kit that includes the correct oversized piston, piston rings, piston pin and circlips. No more worries about having machine work performed or wasting time back and forth trying to have your old cylinder machined. Simply mail us your old cylinder with payment, and we can get you up and running again.
Note that the 110 cylinders are cast iron and therefore you'll want to paint them with a high temperature engine paint prior to installing to prevent rust. We also offer a painting service for an additional $20 per cylinder. For the $20 fee we will tape off all surfaces that shouldn't be painted, prime with a high-quality high-temperature engine primer and then paint in gloss black with a high-heat paint as well. If you'd like to do this simply include the $20 fee with your payment and state that you'd like this additional service
